Net Scripter – Windows network scripts library

Net scripter is easy to use network management software DLL (Dynamic-Link Library) that helps to create network scripts and supports Ping, Snmp, Telnet and Textual Encoding (B64 and TEA). The following functions are available:

It became useful first to distinguish among different kinds of IP vpn based on the administrative relationships, not the technology, interconnecting the nodes. Once the relationships were defined, different technologies could be used, depending on requirements such as security and quality of service.

If you can query your VPN access settings using SNMP or TELNET you can use "Net Scripter" to create a security script for network access control.
